Raingutter Ragatta
Arrr Maties!! Avast, ye'll not want ta be forgettin' that May 10th, 1:00 is when the RainGutter Regatta Race will be commencin! Shiver me timbers, yer old cap'n nearly went aground just thinkin about it! The race , if'n you've got the courage to show , is in the backyard of the Howell's Fort at 2505 Cypress Gardens Blvd. You can take East Lake Summit drive to get to the parking in the back.
All ye boys should dress up as Pirates to add to the fun! We will be serving hotdogs and chips after the race. Bring drinks and a chair, the dens have all the rest covered! See you tharrr, Matties!
The boys design a single hull boat from a block of balsa wood and attach a keel and sail. The boys blow air into the sail and propel their ship down a gutter filled with water to the finish. Here are the official Pack 515 Rules.
