Blue and Gold Annual Celebration
This year's Celebration will be March 6th, 6:30pm, at the Chain of Lakes Elementary Cafeteria, 7001 CR 653. Keep the date free and invite all the folks that care and support your Scouts. Do it now so they can have the date penciled in too!
The Blue and Gold Celebration is a birthday party for scouting. We celebrate the founding of the Boy Scouts of America in 1910 and Cub Scouting in 1930. Awards and advancements are given out to deserving Cub Scouts of all levels and some Webelos will move up to Boy Scouts. Those Webelos willing to go the extra mile, will receive the Arrow of Light award!
The family members of the Scouts should be invited to enhance the pride the boys feel with their advancement. There will be entertainment and fun for all! We will have a raffle of donated items to help raise money for next year's events.
